Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice.   Some products carry a steel surcharge that is not included in the prices and will be added to the invoice as a separate line item.

Shipping charges/Taxes / delivery

Shipping and taxes will be calculated and added as a separate line item to your invoice. You are responsible for all taxes associated with this order.  MHS will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control.

Title/Risk of loss

Title to products and risk of loss pass from MHS to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns/Cancellations

Order cancellations must be approved by MHS.  Items are typically manufactured to order and not stocked in inventory, therefore cannot be returned.  In the event you need to return an item your request must be made in writing to MHS and you will be charged a restocking fee.  If the item has already shipped you agree to pay all shipping charges even if you refuse acceptance from the carrier.

Product Substitution/Product Descriptions

MHS reserves the right to substitute items for similar items at its discretion.  Although we strive to keep all information on the website as accurate as possible, MHS cannot be liable for errors, omissions, or minor differences in the pictures and/or product descriptions.
